i have the rockshox revelation 426 dual air forks. whats the best way of keeping them clean? I wash my bike with a Hose Pipe nosel, not a preasure washer. i use a small bike cleaning brush to clean round the seals around the lowers, yet the suspension started to stick, and would not fully rebound.
I had them professioanly cleaned and rebuilt and they working perfectly. Now they are starting to stick again.
Any tips of keeping them clean?

add a drop of fork oil to the seals after cleaning and cycle fork through its travel a few times."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

the same as is in the fork."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

When you say they "stick, and would not fully rebound" do you mean you're not getting the full amount of travel (130mm) or that the up/down movement is sticky?
Mine are lovely and plush but have lost about 6mm of travel since I had them (6 months) but am told it's fairly normal for this to happen (seem to remember a review saying the same). If you increase the pressure in the positive air chamber (or reduce the negative chamber pressure), does the travel return to the full amount? Mine will but only if there's a lot more pressure in the postive chamber, so I don't bother and just live with the slightly reduced travel.
As for cleaning, just hose them down (not jet wash), spray with Muc-Off, leave a minute, brush them with a cranked head brush and rinse them off. Seems to work fine for me0 -
mine have lost a tiny bit of travel when they re-bound. if you lift the front of the bike and push down on the suspension strut of the top the forks then drop a fraction, buts in not much. if you push the front of the bike slowly the suspension doesnt go down smothly and judders a bit. but if you move them, as they would move when going over rough terrain they work fine.Bike - Trek Remey
