4 hole to 3 hole shoe adapters?

HI all,

I have a pair of look keo's with the 3 hole cleat, however I have some adidias adistar shoes with 4 hole (designed for speedplays I believe) any ideas on how to get the3 hole cleats working as that is what I prefer?

There must be an adapter out there?
