Hi All,
First post from a long time lurker so I guess I'd better pad it out a little
At present I own a Scott Tampico that is getting on for 17 years old...
...served me VERY well however it's finally time to let it go
So, I've been looking to upgrade it for a Scott Scale 70 or Marin Northside Trail and have been playing the waiting game for a few months now hoping for at least a few quid off as the '09 bikes are released (yep, I've read all about the lack of any mega discounts on '08 stock but am willing to give it a fair crack of the whip).
I came across a pretty good deal that I thought I'd share - unfortnately I'm in Gloucester so too far away away from the Retailer and they don't do mail order so can't take advantage of their fantastic offer (and No, I'm not an employee or relative!).
Northside Trails usually go for £499 however Stanley Fearns of Matlock in Derbyshire have them on sale for £399 - I believe the phrase I'm looking for is 'Cheap as Chips' :shock:
