Does anyone have the link to the Rapha sale page? I've mysteriously stopped receiving emails from them...

Saw the Rapha sale mail today, thought there maybe some bargains to be had ... a measly 10 quid off about 6 items is all, eg the lightweight jersery is now 90 instead of 100, wow, think I'll buy 2 at that price, or maybe not.

quite like the fact you get 20% off if you've completed the Marmotte or Etape though
    Stumpjumper FSR Comp
    Eddy Merckx Strada
    Gios Compact KK
    Raleigh Dynatech Diablo
    Canyon CF CLX / Record
    Charge Plug 3
Kinesis GF Ti disc - WIP...

If you want Merino socks - Lewiskit do some very nice ones. They are grey though - so maybe best for under your longs in winter.

Can't buy any more Rapha cycling kit, although I might have to succumb to another Fixed T-Shirt (they are lovely)

What do I ride? Now that's an Enigma!
  • I stumbled across this forum thread via a Google search for Rapha and was so incensed that I have ended up joining BikeRadar in order to vent my feelings !

Who the f*ck do some people think they are that they feel they can criticise a person for what they wear, ride etc. For the record, I love Rapha stuff. This is mainly due to the fact that they are well made and are differant to the usual kit that can be seen on every club or road ride (USPS Team kit anyone ?). I am fortunate enough that I can afford such nicities, and if people choose to have a pop because you opt to spend your hard earned cash on such products, then it is pure and simple jealousy behind their views.

    Ggrrr - Rant over !

I have a couple of bits of Rapha stuff, but I can imagine how someone might think, "Man, what idiot spends so much on a jersey and what a dick he is showing off wearing it". However, by voicing his contempt he becomes and even bigger dick.
