I think thats how you spell Llandegla, if its not i mean around Wrexham.
I am heading down to Wrexham soon and was wondering if I shoul change my Kenda Nevegal's 2.1 to some thing better for the stoney/rocky trails?
Thanks

the trail surface is pretty forgiving in my opinion, i have done it on high rollers and on my spesh enduros and also on mountain kings, all performed pretty much the same, i would imagine your nevegals will be fine.
if you havent been before, you are in for a treat,0 -
I've done it on High Roller Semi Slicks with no issues!
Probably a fast rolling, close-treaded tyre would be even better - I'm thinking Larsens or DMR Moto Diggers.0 -
Its a bit wet and muddy up there at the moment with all the tree felling. But not bad enough to warrant specific tyres0

I've been round a few times using nevegals 2.3's and they are certainly more than up for the job (unlike my riding skills.....)0

I ride Llandegla every week and my 2.35 Nevegals are perfect for it!

I used Panaracer Cinders and they seemed fine. The only really rocky bit IIRC was the gradual climb at the start, the rest of the trail is flat/smooth, and it has peed it down all morning just before we got there and the rain didn't seem to affect the trails at all.0
