Seatpost torque settings....

Anyone have any idea what torque setting to use for my FSA carbon seatpost going into my Izoard?

FSA website says check bike's website but Wilier don't have of that info on there ??

I contacted Wilier for this and they told me 6nm.

Buy some carbon grease and you can do it to 4.5nm with no slip

The max torque we suggest for Seat Clamp is 6 nm..

The max torque for the front derailleur clamp is 2.5 nm

I was told 6nm also. I use Finishline carbon fibre assembly gel and do it up 5nm. Haven't noticed any slippage.
