2007 Manitou Swinger 3X owners manual

I have just aquired a 2007 Manitou Swinger 3X rear shock without the owners manual. The Answer website only has a Service Guide for the 2007 model not an owners manual. The 2007 Swinger is different to the 2006 model in that in only has 1 schrader valve on it.
Can any one help with a copy of the owners manual or some basic set up info such as what air pressure to run it at, how the blue damping adjuster works ie which direction of rotation increases the damping? Also how to set up the SPV adjuster.
I'm 11 stone and use the shock for mainly XC but with some light FR. It is going on a GT i drive 5 frame.

    Manitou are not part of Answer any more, they were bought out by Hayes last year.

    Their service backup has been patchy for the last couple years - I know that Madison were the last importers, try them?

    Having said that, what colour is this valve - red or black? Also, are there any other adjustments, e.g. a blue knob?

    I have the same shock :D Can't remember the direction for the rebound (blue dial) but if you put it all the way one way and compress the shock without to much air in it then it will hardly come back out until you turn it back up a bit.

    The lever on it sets the SPV (pro pedal) if you have the shock in front of you with that on your right then when you have the lever facing you it's on full SPV.

    To get the air right I just turned the SPV off (opposite of above) and put air in until the sag was correct. As for the rebound you just have to play with it a bit until it feels right for you. Same with the SPV really.

    Thanks for your responses guys. Manitou is now part of Hayes Brakes. I know this because the mail I sent to Manitou via http://www.manitoumtb.com/contactus.asp was responded to by some one from Hayes!
    The 2007 Swinger is the same as the 2008 model and Hayes sent me a pdf of the owners manual. I cannot find this document online but if any one else needs a copy PM me.
