Help can someone tell me what to do with my front der

heya peeps, can any of you help me ive only got 1st and second gear on my front gear can someone tell me what to do do i only need to adjust it or do i need to pull the cable thru thanx :twisted :shock:

    so what do you want to do? how many rings do you have? how many do you want to use?

    if 3 and use 3 it could just be add tension to the cable.
