Want to do a Mega

I really want to enter mega avalanche in france next year. Does anyone know how to entrer and roughly how much it costs. If there is a group that I could tag along with or anyone with any good advice it would be great. I have the bike and the van and all my camping gear so it's just travel, food and entry, oh and most importantly drink.

Not sure how many places are left for next year. Have a feeling that accommodation might be hard to find. I have a vague plan to do 2010 - if you find 2009's not goin to happen, maybe get in touch for 2010. I've got a 9 seater & trailer if that helps anyone.0

Accomodation shouldn't be too much of an issue as the ski resort sleeps 30 000 I'm told. A mate of mine did this year's Mega and simply slept in his van parked on some open ground outside town limits - not in an official campsite. Others were there in tents - but it is cold and I believe facilites were hard to come by.0

I may take you up on the 2010 offer. Facilities arn't a problem when you don't mind digging for 5 mins before.0

I'll post on here when I have more definite plans for 2010, but a group's got to be good for fuel costs.0

I may be a doing 2009 as some mates are meeting there from all over europe. If 09 goes to plan then i'll probably do 2010 as well.0
