Hi,
I'm new to Carp fishing and wondered if there was a reasonably priced carbon rod anyone would recommend?

Chub outkast 2.5lb t/c0

2.5lb tc is too much in my opinion unless your fishing for big carp, think about a 2lb or even 1.75lb tc0

Are you a campag fan who has read the Shimano vs Compag thread and decided to be funny regarding shimano's fishing tackle??17 Stone down to 12.5 now raring to get back on the bike!0 -
Usual advice really. Narrow it down to a shortlist of about 3 or 4 and take them all for a test fish. There's no catch all solution to this sticky problem. maybe try them out in a few LBSs (local bait shops) and then if you're feeling stingy you can try and net a bargain on the web. Don't be lured in by fancy graphics, its all about the feel.FCN 4-6 depending
