Bike Microchip Tagging

The police are doing a tagging session in Manchester tomorrow - I was wondering if anyone has actually had this done for their bike? If so, where do they put the tag?

(Outside the BBC, Oxford Road, 4 - 8pm if yer interested...)

    I got the vet to put a micro chip in my dog. He ran off a while ago and some kind sole took him to the vet to check if he was chipped and the idiot vet couldn't find anything. we eventually found the dog after knocking door to door soem a few hours :?

    Presumably bike chips aren't any different :roll:

    If the weather is good I'm going down with my commuter - got to cycle in from my base and then back out.

    The tag usually goes down the seat tube somewhere !!

    Thanks people, I know our cats are microchipped; I could live without them... Living without the bike however...
