help bottom bracket stuck

i have a bottem bracket stuck while trying to get it free the cup has rounded and the whole cup will not move it is well and truly stuck could any one give me any tips to get it free

all i know is its isis and its the non drive side i have been using a bottom bracket remover but it does not move and if it does its cos its rounding it even more0

tbh, if you've started rounding it, then take it to your lbs before you get it wedged in the frame. Also, next time grease it before putting it in!
If you want a new ISIS bb then the superstar ones look pretty good.0
