I have recenlty purchased a new set of clarks clim8 six pot discs, the calipers are fine but the levers look like dog meat. Is it possible to change the levers for another set that uses the same size hoses, eg. shimano saint. Will this effect the performance of the brake in any way? And is it a relatively simple job??

    in a word No.

if you want to look further you will need to find a caliper that uses the same fluid and has the same piston size and has the same stroke.

and i think there is nothing that fits.
