Hi,
I am about to undertake the south downs way, 100 miles over two days. im pretty much sorted on the food front, but how much water do I need to be taking on each day? And is there a good supplement I could add to my water to replace anything I loose by sweating?
Thanks,
ben

In hot weather you should be aiming to consume a litre an hour. Hypo and isotonic drinks add simple sugars and minerals that help restock what you lose. Hypotonic drinks are actually absorbed faster than plain water.0
