Avid Juicy 3..Pad changing..

I'm having trouble understanding the manual that came with the brakes and cant figure out for the life of me how to get the damn pads out!!
any ideas?

pliers. grip sticky out bit and pull.
look at the pad of the new ones and you will see the spring that clips onto the piston.
try the search as there is a big topic on this somewhere.

I have Avid 3's too. Best option for removal I've found is not to bother takinh them out as a pair. Grab one or the other and pull like the guys said above. Once 1 is out the other just pops out too.
Getting them back in however...
