Women's ITT start times?

Anyone know the start times for the GB riders in the women's ITT tomorrow morning?

Event starts at 0330 BST but I don't want to set the alarm quite that early if I can avoid it

Can't find anything on the Team GB or Beijing 2008 websites :?

they dont post up the start list until the day before or even just before the race
