Hi All,
Today I got my rear wheel squashed by a motorist. I was stationery at the time!
"Luckily" I know the person responsible as the incident happened at the entrance to my office.
The squashed wheel is an Alex Rim XT 16. (http://www.alexrims.com/)
Tech Spec
A Shield joint, 28,32 or 36 holes, silver, black, powder coating W/CSW W/SDE
26"-486g, ERD 541.6mm, ETRTO 559X16mm
I don't know anything about rims/wheel but would like an equivalent replacment. I don't seem to be able to find anyone who stocks these.
Any advice would be gratfully received.
Cheers,
Cala

The wheel will require a complete rebuild and new spokes - sometimes just cheaper to buy a new wheel!
If you do decide to rebuild, a Mavic XM317 would be a cost effective replacement.0
