Headset and Stem Advice

Please excuse the Newbie question.I'm looking to upgrade my headset and stem.The headset I want to replace is a FSA integrated 1-1/8" see image below:
The headset is stacked pretty high with 7x5mm spacers.I would like to upgrade to a Ritchey WCS Logic headset.Would this be compatible with my Focus Cayo frame and can I use the FSA spacers to gain the same stack height with the new ritchey headset.
And secondly how exactly do you measure the length of your stem,is it correct from the bottom image.

the ritchey headset wouldn't work mate, your bike has an intergrated headset..

OK thanks Andy.So does this mean that my frame is designed to only accept integrated headsets ? Can you recommend a quality integrated headset,I hear cane creek are pretty reasonable?
