700c Tyres

Hi,

This might seem like a 'newbie question', I currently have 700x35c tyres and I am wanting to change them to 700x23c would I be able to do this, I got told I would but I just want to double check, and also would I feel a significant difference between the two tyres?

Yes - they'd feel quicker / lighter but a much harsher ride.
