Kryptonite New York 3000 D Lock

Wiggle are doing the Kryptonite New York 3000 D Lock (£62.99) and the Kryptonite New York 3000D with free 7ft Kryptoflex cable (£53.99) . As the specs for the lock are the same and one has a 'free' cable thrown in I cant work out why its £9 cheaper. Emailed Wiggle and the reply just confirmed what I already knew.
Am I missing something here or what?

    or a particular deal from krypoto themselves....maybe two different orders from wiggle to kryto are on sale at the same time......

    Like teabags in the supermarket.....they dont stop selling the normal packet at the normal price when the supplier has a promotion for reduced price and a free teddy!
