    Is it definitely going to be a 'legacy' trail?

    And if so, I wonder who is going to run it afterwards. I doubt the Sally Army will be interested, so they will need to lease it to someone, who will have to make it pay.

    It had to be within three hours travelling of London. CYB was therefore out of it, but they were suggesting alternatives in the south, Afan, I believe was the top choice for Wales.
