Which new bike?

Hello,
I'm having trouble trying to decide which bike to get out of the following models:
Bianchi 928 C2C - Veloce groupset
Viner magnifica - veloce
Scott CR1 - Shimano 105
Ribble Scuro - Veloce
I'm not expecting to use the bike for races just longer weekend rides and sportives and was hoping for some advice from people who have one of the bikes mentioned or can think of another suitable bike at that price.
