Having very low body fat is going to make varicose veins really stand out. Most of us who have them also have a fair amount of fat covering them.

I saw Eric Heiden at the Coors Classic when I was a kid and he had the same thing, just a huge clump a varicose veins. It was freaky to see.0

Well those legs look disgusting... imagine if he had a bad fall and cut his leg?
back in the day when I was a young fella all the guys in the club wanted a vein or two on the legs (when we were 14!) .. so we heard that you could get veins in you put on lots of layers in the winter... so there we were wearing 2 and 3 pairs of cycling tights in the winter... but we never wanted legs as horrible as those in the post haha
