Saddle sores

A question for the ladies here. Any advice on how to combat/get rid of saddle sores? What cream to use, etc? All the advice that I've seen on the net has been for men, and I even went to my Boots pharmacist and she didn't know what I was talking about!! :shock:

    What saddle/shorts are you using and what is your position like on the bike. Does the bike fit you - is it too big/small? The position is the first thing to look at and then address the saddle/shorts issue.

    i use assoss chamois cream before a long cycle! :P
