Alinco do most of the top level teams but their website is a bit messy.
I have used cheap walkie-talkie sets with earphones when providing mechanical support on certain events but the range can be very poor.
Another option, depening on the type of event you are riding, is the use of the PTT (Push-to-talk) function on mobile phones again with an earphone/microphone but its heavier and more expensive. Its main advantage is not having to buy radios for 1-2 events per year.
