Caliper adjustment

Hi all
I'm trying to fit a hope bulb QR front wheel but i don't have enough adjustment on my post mount calliper to stop it rubbing, i've pushed the pads fully back. Is the hub adjustable in any way to bring it into line?

I'm running strokers

I've just found that hope do rotor spacers for this problem.
