Book for recording cycle rides ?

Hi Everyone,

Could anyone please recommend a nice book or journal designed for recording cycle rides ?

I'm looking to record information such as route, distance, weather conditions, time taken etc.

Something similar to the Rapha one (http://www.rapha.cc/index.php?page=205), although that is a little over the top.

It has to be a book and I'm not interested in software or websites that record rides.

I'd be grateful if anyone could please suggest something.

I have a Velo press Training diary - isbn 1-931382-17-4

    Bought it from Evans cycles.

Basically, it's a diary that you can record the following:

    HR
    Weight
    Workout
    Duration
    Weather
    Route
    Distance
    Time
    Zones
    Workout rating
    Notes

At the risk of inflaming people I'll say the Rapha Journal

    Hi mrushton,

The Rapha website currently shows them as out of stock

They were made for Rapha by Smythson which is a diary manufacturer for people with too much money.

FSR_XC I don't suppose you have a link to the training diary do you? Cheers.
If it's not a Yeti, it's not worth riding!

If you have nice hand writing (mine is awful) you could make your own in a moleskine book.

A quick search of the ISBN on Amazon and,
    Velonews-Training-Diary-Tracking-Fitness

    although I just use MyCyclingLog
If you don't have it, you don't need it.

My covers different & mine's spiral bound, but otherwise, that looks like it's the same.

    Thanks Pete,

    I did consider Moleskine.

They have ones for fishing and travel and gardening, but none specifically designed for recording cycle rides.
