    its on the staffordshire cheshire border near a place called mow cop,i onlyfound out about it because a bloke i work with lives that way

    Its mainly a footpath that goes from mow cop, and goes to macc forest and deyond. Some good stuff up there although shouldnt technically be riding all of it. It can also be linked up with a nice dh towards biddulph ending up with some singletrack around knypersly.
