What xtr Rear Mech???

Managed to mangle my rear mech at the weekend with a not-so-graceful dismount.
I'm looking to buy a new Shimano XTR mech, but am confused as a badger over the different models.
Can anyone help with which one is best to go for??
(I'm looking for a 'low-cog-normal' sprung mech for running a 9 speed rear cassette and three front chain rings).
Or do I just go for a shadow?
Not too fussed about the price (£80 - £100 quid)
The rest of the kit on the bike is Shimano, so not looking to go for Sram!

Thanks !!!
Taken your advice and gone for the shadow.
Now, while shopping, I went to buy new aluminium chain rings for my Shimano M760.
SIXTY QUID !!
It's got tot be worth the extra few pounds to get a whole new chainset and upgrade to the carbon-laced M770. A bargain at £89.99
Almost went xtr.... but couldn't justify the extra hundred pounds!0
