Hi all
I'm buying a new bike in the next couple of months. I bought my last bike over 17 years ago now and i know things have moved on since then. I'm leaning towards the specialized tri cross sport. I want the ability to cycle on the road without the weight and drag of a mountain bike, my commute to work (when i do it!)would be 24 miles rtn. I also live near to a disused railway and want to cycle along it with my son. So I want to be able to go over the rough stuff as well hence the tri cross. What experience do people have of the tricross? is it any good? and what are the altenatives from other manufacturers?

Cheers

Have yet to hear anything bad about the Tricross.

get yourself a test ride & find out for yourself.
