LE JOG

Does anyone know where I can get a free copy of the official LE JOG route from?

I've never heard of such a thing. You start at LE and finish at JoG. The route you follow is up to you.

AFAIK there are a few routes suggested by people such as the CTC for nice scenery etc, and if you're going for speed then the record breakers usually use a very similar route because they're obviously looking for the quickest way, but even that has changed over the years as new roads and bridges have been built.

Should give you some ideas, it's a collection of LEJOG and JOGLE rides.
