Hello

I would like some ideas for a new Hart Tail Frame, Iam new to riding and have been riding a Specialized Hard Rock. I have upgraded all the components mostly to XT stuff it time to get a decent frame
I mainly ride cross country with some trail riding
Any one recommend a good frame.

Lots, how much do you want to spend?

    On-one scandals, inbreds, 456s, ti456s. mostly between £140 & £270, but the ti456 is £1000 ;)

Cotic Soul, Sanderson Breath, Dialed Bikes Prince Albert or Alpine, Pipedream Sirius, and thats just the british designed stuff ;)

Kinesis frames are also good for not much money, and I think Merlin Malts and Rock Lobsters are available as frame only too.

Don't rule out the Cove range either. The Handjob is a good steel frame, not the lightest you'll ever find but it's responsive, and it'll love all that XT kit you've brought
  • OOOO....The cove HandJob! Now thats a beautiful frame that rides so nicely! These bikes love being thrown around! I'd fully go for the Cove.
The new Pace 303 looks nice but is a pig to build and the welds weren't that tasty on my friends bike.
    p.s. COVE, COVE, COVE, X1000000000...

FCN 3 or 4 on road depending on clothing
FCN 8 off road because I'm too old to go racing around.

I'd fully go for the Cove.

Thought you'd have gone for a Salsa A La Carte or even a Juan Solo?! :D

What fork do you have? Will you be changing it?
