Is my cassette a 8 speed and a 9 speed?

I am selling my wheels at the moment to upgrade to a set of halo freedom disc's and was wondering if my old set of wheel would be able to take a 8 or a 9 sped cassette. I have been running a 9 speed shimano cassette and all ebay descriptions say that thier wheels could accept a 8 or 9 speed cassette. Hope the picture helps!

8 & 9spd cassettes are exactly the same width

it's just the gaps between the cogs that differs, that's why you can't really mix 8spd & 9spd shifters & cassettes.
