Holiday Cancellation

Hi,

I am currently having problems recovering a deposit following the cancelation of a holiday. If anyone else has had a holiday cancelled on them could you please PM me?

    Ben, unfortutately with most travel companies you lose your deposit if you cancel.

    Do you mean you cancelled or they cancelled, from your thread it appears they cancelled the holiday. I have never had it with a holiday but had an issue with a paintballing company who cancelled a day I had booked with them and then refused to refund any of the money. Fortunatly I had paid by credit card so just contacted the bank and I had the money within 2 days and left the bank to sort it out.

    If you paid by debit card or cash you might have more issues.
