Holiday Cancellation

Hi,

I am currently having problems recovering a deposit following the cancelation of a holiday. If anyone else has had a holiday cancelled on them could you please PM me?

    Ben, unfortutately with most travel companies you lose your deposit if you cancel.

  • Do you mean you cancelled or they cancelled, from your thread it appears they cancelled the holiday. I have never had it with a holiday but had an issue with a paintballing company who cancelled a day I had booked with them and then refused to refund any of the money. Fortunatly I had paid by credit card so just contacted the bank and I had the money within 2 days and left the bank to sort it out.

    If you paid by debit card or cash you might have more issues.
