Rear Lights on Tortec Tour Pannier Rack??

Hi
I've just bought and fitted a Tortec Tour pannier rack, and now want to fit a nice bright LED to the back of it. Apparently the big crucifix-shaped plate built in to the back of the rack is for a specific not-very-bright rack lamp...
How have other people got round this? I don't necessarily want to permanently attach a light to it, as i'll obviously need to get it off to change batterieis and when it dies, so I'm looking for clever ideas.
Thought i'd ask here rather than reinventing the wheel...
Thanks

This is what you want

Excellent lights that bolt to the rear plate on a rack and come in dynamo or battery versions (See Dtoplight permanent)

This one (which is the one I use on my pannier) has a sort of slide clip, for want of comparative things sort of like you get on a plastic pen, which holds on to the flat bit at the back end of my pannier... unless I get a little crazy and try to jump off a pavement in which case it occasionally falls off.
But I don't go too crazy too often!
In case the link doesn't work, it's a 'smart superflash'.
Conveniently cheap!!

And when I say pannier I clearly mean pannier rack... duh...0

I'll second the SMART LED 1/2 Super flash recommendation.
I bought a rear pannier rack mounting bracket for it off ebay for a couple of quid which has been excellent. It was a straight fit and bolt on (albiet with a little swearing trying to get a spanner between the guard and rack.

The Smart also has a clip that will slide on to a pannier, helmet, jersey or just about anything with an available loop, and at that price, you can decorate your bike/person with them and have combinations of steady and flashing!
