Can you change a Campy freehub for a Shimano one?

I've thinking of buying a set of Bontrager Race XXX Lite tubs from a collegue however they a fitted with a campy freehub. I currently ride shimano, so is it possible to change the freehub on the back wheel to a shimano compat one?

    Dunno about the freehubs themselves - but if you hunt around t'internet you can find cassettes with Shimano fitting and Campag spacing, and vice versa. Whether this is desirable or not depends on what parts you currently have I guess
    Has the head wind picked up or the tail wind dropped off???
