New Cranks Needed

I have a clicking noise coming from the front and it's not the pedals as i have tried another new pair and the bottom bracket is pretty new so i am thinking it may be the cranks that are worn ether where they slide on the taper of where the pedals go in so i am after a new set of cranks, the cranks are have now are pretty beaten up and worn so even if the clicking is else where i'm still after a new set. I am after a set of cranks that are strong and under £100, i don't want something that's going to break if i drop off more than 5ft, something that can take a beating. I ride a set of old FSA V-Drive cranks with a 32t DMR Saturn ring, a DMR bashguard and a shimano UN54 tapered bb.

Shimano Hone Chainset HollowTech II M601 although the bash guard looks plastic
RaceFace Ride DH Double Chainset + bashguard
The 22t would be removed from ether of these two.
The last option i was looking at was the RaceFace Evolve DH Crank Arms which come with the BB but no chainrings or bash guard but seen as i have these anyways these cranks might be a option.
