Pedalforce - advice please

I think I am going to take the plunge and buy a Pedalforce RS and some parts to fit it out. I have a couple of questions which I was hoping someone could help me with:

1. Do you just pay VAT on it or is there further duty on top?

2. Is there any warranty on the parts you buy from them?

3. How long does delivery take?

    You pay duty as well - it's 4.7% on a frame, 15% if you get a complete bike. In addition there's a Parcelforce handling charge - £8 when I got mine, but I think it's gone up since.

    Warranty is 5 years I think - though I presume you'd have to return it to them.

    Delivery was about a week IIRC.
