sutton park

Hi all, i live fairly close to sutton park nad was wondering if there were any good spots there or if someone wanted to meet up and go for a ride sometimes. its a handy place for me as cannock is 40 mins away. Are there any other good places to ride by the sutton area? cheers

    I use SP aswell as CC

    Its good for XC but the Downhll (if you can call them that) bits are over all too soon.

    Which side of the park are you based ?

    im in erdington boldmere or streetly road gate are easiest to get to have done some exploring but feel like i may be missing the best bits

    Head over towards Four Oaks gate and around Blackroot and Bracebridge pools

    That will give you more 'ups and downs' but thats about it.

    CC is definately much better and worth the extra travel if you have the time as there is much more to explore and some great trails away from the official stuff.

    I tend to use SC just for a fitness blast,

    yeah i have found some good stuff in cannock its just getting the time what with work and kids spent a couple hrs exploring there the other night do you go up there reguarly?
