just back from me hols and have a Q.
Ricardo Epo won stage 6 just infront of A. Valverde. Does that mean that now (in a technical way) Valverde is awarded the stage and associated rewards?

Piepoli's Stage 10 win is more complicated though... He didn't fail any tests, but has been sacked by his team after admitting drug use...

didnt they use a coded version ? something like was unable to provide a convincing denial rather than say he admitted doping ?0
