I have a new bike build project I am after a nice simple frame for use with a pair of simple rigid forks. I was going to get an On-One Scandal and already have the forks for this but the frame is taking an age to come in.
Whilst looking around for other options I have come across the Ala Carte and have to say I like the look of it. Any knowledge on this bike/frame is much appreciated.
