software for logging my computers stats ?

Hi all, I have a Sigma 1106 and Have just done my first 50 miles (of many many more I hope) is there any software out there I can use to logg my stats to see how I progress ?

    M$ Excel and make up a spreadsheet with distance, ave speed, weather, cake stops etc.
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

    Yeah I thought about that, Then remebered I cant use Excel etc for love nor money, I saw that the polar computer have software so just wondering if there are universal packages out there ?

    I'v got a Polar Comp, you can manually add and then edit entries so that should be a good start. There is also a My Progress area where you can see stats over a monthly, 3 monthly etc period of time in various ways.

    I think you need to register first with https://www.polarpersonaltrainer.com, add in some dummy entries for comp model and so on.

    Wow, that looks 100x better than Training Center which is shipped with the Garmin unit. Will get this downloaded and tested when I get home, thanks for the heads up! :D

    I use SportTracks too..
    Wow, that looks 100x better than Training Center which is shipped with the Garmin unit. Will get this downloaded and tested when I get home, thanks for the heads up! Very Happy

    It also has plugins, the most handy one I find is the photo plugin... It looks at the dates/times the pictures were taken, and adds them to your ride! Garmin needs to update the Training Centre, it is really poor!
