I am looking for shoe cover recommedations. Mine are good in the wet and cold. But in the wet they are only good until the rain goes down my shins and under the covers. It doesnt take long for my feet to be sodden.
Are there any brands/models that are effective against this and are tight around the lower leg?

They are pretty good, but where the fleece lined my feet get sweaty, Also even though they are quite tight fitting around my leg, they do eventually suffer the water down the shin problem that you describe. I think though if you ride long enough in heavy rain you are going to get wet no matter what...0
