218mm seatpost required for rebuild

I am rebuilding my original Peugot Esprit roadbike from my childhood, and all i am requiring to complete it is a new 21.8mm seatpost.
Does anyone know where i can get one?
any help much appreciated

    Never heard of anything that small a diameter. You might have some joy with buying a plain alu seatpost in 25.4mm and getting it turned down in a lathe. Though 3.6mm is a lot to take off and still retain strength in the post.
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
