Recommendations Bike Maintenance DVD

Hi all as title says i am after a DVD which will help with keeping my Mountain bike in top top condition, i have just got a road bike as well but figure that its the MTB that i need to put most of my effort into as they get a lot more hammering and muck to clean out, also i would imagine principles of mechs etc should be the same on both....

Appreciate any recommendations...

    just use the parktools webby and for any other down load the makers manuals.

    also hve a look in the tech vids post at the top and the tech links sticky.

    The fundementals dvd goes from start to finish on building a bike up, tuning gears, bleeding brakes and cleaning etc might be worth a look, oh and loads of riding tips / techniques too. not a bad dvd in all.
