Roger has said the riders who promised to stay are free now to sign for another team.

That means the UCI will have another slot to sell. If indeed it still has a PT next season.....

There is no PT. All the teams have withdrawn.

A real shame, this was a team doing it right, with a strong anti-doping culture but without the headlines that Garmin and Columbia try to get. Legeay was running a clean outfit whilst Aldag was visiting clinics and JV was experimenting with "hot sauce".

No doubt someone will chime in with Fonfonov but he seems to have been guilty of being a prat and acting outside the team.

I wonder where Hushovd will go? Pierre Rolland can probably name his price.

I reckon Garmin would love to take Thor. And he'd fit too.

He could give them some much needed wins.

Not sure if JV has the budget, besides the market for Sat Nav is limited in Norway. They need a big Frenchman or German.

Also Thor's apparently on a big salary for few results....

Based on Boardman's comments in "Roule Britannia", it seems he was a good few years ahead of his time in implementing an anti-doping work ethic amongst the squads he managed.

What a shame - Leagay seems like a really good bloke in the Boardman Final Hour documentary... the massive hug he gives Boardman at the end is really touching

    Cyclingnews has
and Stuart O'Grady wore the yellow jersey over his Crédit Agricole green in 2000
but wasn't that actually 2001? I remember being on Alpe d'Huez then and him riding past in yellow.
    :?

    Actually I have the evidence:

On the day of the final leg of the TdF me and the missus and my best friend went to Manchester Velodrome and as we were filing in, out filed half a dozen of the Credit Agricole boys in full kit, carrying their bikes out to (presumably) go out on a training run. One of them tried chatting up my missus in French on his way past - cheeky sod
'07 Langster (dropped one tooth from standard gearing)
'07 Tricross Sport with rack and guards
STUNNING custom 953 Bob Jackson *sigh*
