They offer 36 months interest free credit and I wondered if they were any good?

not bought mail order - but they have a good store just outside of Kendal.

Road upstairs / mtb down - the staff a re friendly and knowledgable. They arrange group rides and fun sportive type events. a good store

I'd be comfortable using them as mail order if that is any use to you. I am sure they would look after you.

I'd second that - bought my SPD-SL shoes from the store in the summer and the staff were very helpful - changed my pedals for me, fitted the cleats, even though it was getting past closing time and a lovely day outside. I can only assume their mail order is to a similar standard.

They've got some lovely Wilier bikes upstairs as well... :D

Until I found a Wilier dealer in Corbridge the nearest retailer was Wheelbase. Emailed them a couple of times and they nothing but helpful.

Next rainy day I'm in the Lakes I hope to get over there.

Just picked up C+ today and they appear to have some cracking deals on 08 bikes already.

Bought a trailer bike from them and accidentally left a bit of it in the shop. The sales guy packaged it up for me and sent it next day delivery for free. Very pleased with the service.
