Cassette Spacing

I use two pairs on wheels on one frame, Dura Ace 7801 SL (Scandium ones) for training and Bontrager Race XLite Carbon for Tris/TTs. I use Shimano 10 cassettes on both, but when I swap wheels, the indexing is out and I need to readjust the rear mech every time. I swap wheels every week, so the constant adjusting is doing my head in. Can I solve this with a cassette spacer. If so, what sort and where can I get one?

No. The problem is that the dimensions of the hubs are slightly different. The only way to be sure that the gears will work with either wheelset is to change one of the hubs so that they're both the same model, or at least the same brand.

Might be the spacing of the wheel in the frame. Is the smallest sprocket on both wheels in the same position in relation to the rear mech. Is there any difference in the dimension between the locknut and the smallest sprocket on wheels?
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

Agree with whyamihere. The Dura Ace hub is 10 speed only and has a shorter hub body than the 8/9/10spd hub of the Bonty. Assuming the flange widths are identical on both hubs the only way to space the Bonty would be on the outside instead of the inside where any current spacer will be, to take the cassette closer to the wheel, which as far as I'm aware isnt' possible. Then again maybe it's possible to get a lockring with a bigger lip on it to allow you to tighten the cassette without the current inboard spacer in place.

Thanks for the replies - looks like I'll have to lump it :(
