Suspension noise

Help!
I was out on my usual trail the other day, I jumped a load of rocks and I landed a bit hard and ever since the suspension fork (RockShox air solo 100mm) is making a slight nocking noise off-road, which it didn't make before the ride. Have I damaged a component inside the legs or have I just lost a load of air from the fork and they are bottoming out?Any ideas?
Cheers

If you lost air you would feel it. Check the headset is not loose.0

Yeh recently changed the headset to a sealed bearing FSA, which is really smooth. I stripped this down after the incident and re-tightened - everything seems OK. You do think it could be an internal fork fault - how hard a ride can they take? Thinking about upgrading fork anyway - I ride XC on a XC bike tat set up for 100mm travel - any ideas on a good fork - budget say £500?

It's a tough AM/XC fork, but hard landing can break any fork.
Hard to say without looking at them whether anything is damaged. You could strip and service them.0
