because of all the riding in the wet that I do, the bottle cage bosses, bolts in the stem and the nuts holding the crank onto the chainrings have all started to rust. Does anyone know where I could find some titanium ones to replace them?

Stainless steel would be cheaper than titanium, but a bit heavier.

You could go for Stainless steel, but you need to get 316 St steel, which in nuts and bolts terms is marked "A4".

I did. Don't worry, it's perfectly safe! Actually, there's quite a good cycle parts section with decent offers on chainring bolts, rear mech anchor bolts, cassette lockrings, etc.
Whilst I'm on the subject of rear mech anchor bolts - are they 'one size fits all'? I stripped one on a Mavic 840 mech a couple of years back (chain got tangled & pulled the rear mech out of the frame dropout  ), and was hoping to revive it by purchasing a new bolt from the likes of Tasty Nuts. Is this easily done, or are they mostly Shimano-specific?
